Signing in to FreshService
FreshService uses something called "SSO" or Single Sign On.
This means when you click "Sign in" on the FreshService homepage you will be presented with the login screen below.
Simply log in using your email address and normal laptop login password.
If you are part of the 2FA pilot, you will be prompted to "approve" your login, from within the FortiToken mobile app on your device.
For any NON-TMBC users, you can create an account using the "SIGN UP" button and log on using this link:

TMBC users can sign up using a personal email address this way, however you will be very limited in what information you can access. Tickets logged with personal email addresses will only receive limited support as we are unable to verify your identify this way.
